The FREESLAVES.ORG Process

1. Connect
The Freeslaves.org team in Pakistan works with a network of local leaders to connect with enslaved families. We learn their stories and create a funding profile for each family.
2. Prepare
Arrangments are made to source work and accommodation for the family before they are redeemed.
3. Redeem
After funds are raised, the families are redeemed. The redemption document is signed by three different parties, ensure transparency and preventing fraud. We provide each family with enough food for a month.
4. Support
Each family is encouraged to connect with a local fellowship of believers for ongoing spiritual, emotional and practical support. The freeslaves.org team also provides follow-up where possible.

Nadeem Masih (son of Gulaam Masih) family

The Nadeem family have been in bonded labour slavery for the last three years after Mr Nadeem took a loan from brick kiln to pay for his wife’s medical treatment when he had an accident, and his wife was injured, and his daughter died instantly. Sadly, his wife also died later.

Your support will enable this family to begin a new life of freedom and create a future for their children.

Update April 2023!

The Nadeem family was released on February 15th, 2023.  Mr Nadeem is now working as a medical store keeper where he is earning 31000 PKR per month.
