Boota Masih family
Years enslaved: 37

The Boota Masih Family Story
The Boota Masih family have been in bonded-labor slavery for 37 years after taking a loan to pay for their children’s weddings. Their children then left the kiln and Mr and Mrs Boota have had to remain enslaved to work off the debt.
Your support will enable this family to experience a life of freedom outside the brick kiln after decades of being in bonded labour and to find work that is not so physically demanding in their old age.
This family has now been set free! Thank you so much to our sponsors who made this dream of a new life possible!
